GED Preparation

Our Program

Located at 149 Portland Street, Dartmouth, we deliver GED instruction that works on your time. We are open Monday through Friday, giving you the flexibility to work at your own pace with the help of our teachers.

Registration is on a continuous basis and you can begin our program at any time. It is never too late to start and we will work with you until you are ready to write the GED tests. All services are free of charge, but Nova Scotia residents must be 19 years of age or older to write the GED tests.

GED Testing

General Educational Development (GED) is equivalent to a high school diploma and covers 5 subject areas: math, science, social studies, reading and writing. To learn more about GED testing, visit the Nova Scotia School for Adult Learning.
